order? Q1: Can I send you an image electronically over e-mail? A: YES! But here are a few guidelines we recommend for the best possible image transfer; The image should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi; The image format should be .jpg .gif .tif .psd or .bmp; E-Mail us at photos@kustomkeepsakes.com if you have trouble during this process. This is a faster method of getting your item, but does not always have the best quality--there are many variables depending on your scan quality, etc. [ Back to Top ] Q2: What size pictures can I send to you for a mug or mouse pad to be made? A: You can send any size from a wallet (2 x 3") up to an 8 x 10 enlargement. We can also put your favorite drawing on any of our items up to 11 x 17 size. For mouse pads, make sure there is room for the border to be cropped off and the subject you want on the mouse pad is not too large without some background. [ Back to Top ] Q3: Will I get my picture back? A: All pictures are returned with your order, totally unharmed. The only exception is a photo button. With the buttons, the picture you send is what is cut and used to make it. We can have the button pictures made up if you send us the negative, which is also returned. [ Back to Top ] Q4: I would like to order a picture mug. Can I add text to it? Can I pick the color of text? A: YES to all of the above! Normally, text is added to one side, with the picture on the other. You can choose any color of text you wish. We also have a list of font styles that are our most popular, click here to see them! There is an additional charge for the text of $2. If you prefer, you could add an additional picture to the other side instead of the text, for an additional charge of $2 also. [ Back to Top ] Q5: How fast can I get my order? I need a mouse pad done by next week for a gift, is that possible? [ Back to Top ] A: All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days via UPS Ground. If we receive your order on Monday, your order will be mailed out to you on or before Wednesday (excluding holidays). UPS Ground usually takes between 1-5 business days to receive, depending on where you live. We are in New York, so it usually takes 5 days to reach California residents. For these shipping options, just E-Mail us and give us your zip code and the items you will be ordering and we will be happy to give you a quote. [ Back to Top ] Q6: What are your shipping charges? A: Shipping charges are charged according to your total merchandise amount. Right now we charge the following via UPS Ground: $0-$10.00 = $5.95 ; $10.01 - $20.00 = $6.95 ; 20.01 - 50.00 = $7.95 ; and orders totaling $50.01+ are charged $9.95. Different charges apply only if you request special shipping such as 2nd Day Air or Overnight services. (Right now we are shipping to USA addresses only.) These shipping charges to not apply to special large quantity discounted orders--a special shipping quote will be given to you at the time of the special quantity discounted merchandise quote. A: We can set up a wholesale account with you today if you would like. All you need to do is collect the orders, ship or email the photos to us and we will mail everything back to you! We have a wholesale price list, including recommended retail prices (but that is all up to you!). Give us your company name, address, etc. We can mail you samples to display in your studio or you can send us pictures to make your own personal display.
